Author and Nurse Practitioner combines mystery, romance and adventure in Aubrey

Kathryn Roka takes readers on a roller coaster of emotions with the recently released novel entitled Aubrey. This novel, being the first in a trilogy series, tells the story of a young woman who engages in an adventure that is almost impossible for her scientific mind to grasp. The story takes place amongst Toronto, PEI and Boston as time travelling vigilantes converge on her otherwise sedate life to protect her from a rogue mercenary intent on destroying her world. Written for adult and teen audiences alike, Roka tackles life’s tough issues with humour, romance, mystery and suspense. Once you start reading, you are guaranteed to be sitting on the edge of your seat. Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy ride!
